The CFSA By-Laws were created as a governing structure back in 1970 when we incorporated. These By-Laws are the governing documents to give a basis for how we do the most basic operations of the organization.

CFSA's By-Laws are an ever evolving, living document that grow and change with the needs of the times. They have grown to allow children from outside of CFISD participate, to add new officers, and to better suit CFSA's management structure over the years. All By-Law changes require a majority vote of a super-majority of the membership in two meetings at least two weeks apart. Any person may take suggestions to the By-Laws committee where it may be studied and taken to the Executive Board and inevitably presented to the membership for approval.
